As a resident of the area for more than 45 years, I grew up here in the Hudson Valley and raised my children here.

Celebrating 25 years experience in commercial and residential real estate! I have worked individually as a Real Estate Broker Associate, as a member of a team at a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owned more than 300 commercial/office buildings and as a horse farm owner/operator. My territory includes a large part of lower NY (including Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties), as well as CT (primarily Fairfield and Litchfield Counties). In addition to my real estate background, my lifetime experience as a horse owner/breeder/rider, sets me apart from your typical real estate agent/broker - how many can say they have developed an equestrian facility from the ground up!  I talk-the-talk and walk-the-walk when it comes to both the equestrian and real estate industries.
